Here at North Madison Annex, we take pride in creating a unique, one-of-a-kind art piece of your pet! All designs are inspired by the style of many popular artists. Check out our shipping policy and important items to note below.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+. All other shipping costs are subject to applicable shipping rates.

Important to Note
Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 1 hour of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.

We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
